The Core Service provides accounting compliance and reliability for your business finances. With a dedicated accountant, tax filing, and monthly bookkeeping the Core Service supports your business efforts. The goal is to let you focus on growing your business.
The Concierge Service allows us to be close partners in maximizing your business. We work with you to create tax strategies, we support you through audits, and we provide expedited deliveries.
Audit support, tax strategy meetings, and expedited deliveries are only offered with Concierge Service. Other differences include sending and filing 1099s, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Personal Financial Statement creation are only offered with Concierge Service.
The Core Service supports bookkeeping, tax filing, and financial statement delivery. Examples of additional services included Tax Strategy sessions, CFO Advisory Services and Audit Support and they would be billed at our hourly rates.
We are a preferred QuickBooks Online accounting firm. QuickBooks Online is included for both Core and Concierge Services. The QuickBooks Online account is opened in your business name and managed by us. The financial information can be accessed at any time by you and your team.
Our close partnership as your bookkeeper lets us include the cost of filing your business and personal taxes within your monthly cost. The flat fee each month includes Tax Return Filing.
Clients other than our Core or Concierge clients are billed at our hourly rates for that work. We find that these clients pay significantly more than if they were on a monthly service.
Each business gets its own QuickBooks Online account and requires separate bookkeeping and tax filing. Each business would require its own monthly service.
